Agreement

Upon placing an order with Interlab Ltd, a contractual agreement is established wherein Interlab undertakes to sell and the customer agrees to purchase the specified goods. The act of placing an order signifies the customer’s acceptance of the stipulated terms and conditions of sale.

Currency & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are denominated in New Zealand Dollars and exclude Goods and Services Tax (GST). Payments made via VISA and MASTERCARD are subject to a 2% surcharge. It is important to note that Interlab does not retain any card details. Transactions are securely processed through the DPS Windcave platform. For clients operating on credit term accounts, payment is due by the 20th of the subsequent month or if otherwise agreed. Non-compliance may result in the imposition of credit limits, and the refusal of goods in cases of exceeding said limits.

Delivery

Interlab Limited is dedicated to the expeditious dispatch of goods to fulfill the expectations of our valued customers. Our commitment to efficiency in processing and dispatching orders is unwavering. However, it is important to acknowledge that once the goods are handed over to the courier system, the handling and delivery timeframe is beyond our direct control.

For the North Island, delivery is typically within 1-2 working days, and for the South Island, within 2-3 working days. However, unforeseen issues may arise that affect delivery times. To accommodate such circumstances, we allow up to 1 week for delivery. Please note that operational variables within the courier’s purview are external and outside of our immediate influence.

In light of the dynamic nature of laboratory supplies and the critical time sensitivity associated with our products in the lab environment, Interlab Limited, herein referred to as “Interlab,” expressly disclaims liability for any losses, damages, or inconveniences arising from delayed deliveries. The operational nuances of the courier service are factors outside our control.

We advise customers to take these factors into consideration, particularly for time-sensitive projects or experiments. For customers with specific delivery time requirements, we encourage prompt communication with our team so that we may explore potential expedited shipping options, where available.
